We want you to love your BPosh Boutique purchase!

Regular-Priced Items: We accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. No cash refunds.

Clearance/Sale Items: All clearance and sale items are final sale — no exchanges or returns.

Skincare Products: All skincare products are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. BPosh Boutique does not provide prepaid return labels or cover shipping fees.
